Professional Engineering

Acquisition Logistics
Total Life Cycle Logistics (TLCL) support.  TLCL encompasses specialized acquisition logistics and sustainment functional support efforts.  The term “acquisition logistics” is used within this document in its broadest sense to include Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and sustainment activities required to ensure that fielded weapon systems achieve the required readiness and supportability posture at an affordable total life cycle cost.  The term “sustainment” includes activities performed in support of a fielded system and specifically addressed in DoDI 5000.2.
Aircraft Systems Engineering
Develop, translate and evaluate aircraft system requirements which will be used by the weapon system contractor to design, develop, fabricate, test, and evaluate systems, subsystems, and equipment for deployment.
Training Systems
Complete engineering and technical support for training system requirements analysis (TSRA); engineering development oftraining simulators and other media, integration and acceptance testing; and concurrent training system deployment.  Development of necessary contractor type 1 training for weapon system flight test and initial user cadre and complete planning and execution of training system sustainment and contractor logistics support.
Test and Evaluation
Design, plan, execute, and analyze phases of test programs (including FAA certifications) to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment, as they progress through acquisition milestones.
Configuration and Data Management
Full range of Configuration Management (CM), Data Management (DM), Engineering Data Management (EDM), and Deficiency Report (DR) actions required to accomplish specifically assigned work for individual task orders.

Information Technology

System Design
Custom design and development services for new applications and for significant functional enhancements to existing applications across a variety of platforms. Plan, design, build, test and implement applications within strict quality standards, fully integrating them into clients’ business processes and system environments. Assist clients from initial requirements definition, to architecture design, application selection and integration, and development and deployment.
System Integrity
Integration of multi-vendor hardware and software environments into application-specific solutions.  Seamless integration of legacy systems along with latest technologies, and clear business benefits as a results.
Quality Assurance
Enterprise testing is extremely important for any modern organization that relies upon technology applications and infrastructure. Before release of such applications load testing and functional testing is necessary.
BPR
Establish process standards and define metrics against which continuous improvement can be tracked, both in cost and productivity measures. Our business process reengineering methodologies are designed to provide a rational approach to the creation of an effective organization. The benefits of business process reengineering are effective lines of communication, as well as a clear set of roles and responsibilities.
