ITC provides specialized support and assistance to program managers operating in Integrated Product Development Teams to the USAF F-15 System Program Office (SPO) program managers, USAF B-1 SPO (ASC/YD) program managers, and F-15 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program managers operating in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Integrated product development includes all activities required to acquire, test, evaluate, and sustain products as managed by the F-15, B-1, and F-15 FMS program managers. ITC support will enhance the ability of the F-15 and B-1 SPOs to perform their program management, engineering, and test and evaluation functions in a more efficient manner by providing specialized support not otherwise available. The tasks include the full range of Test and Evaluation (T&E), Acquisition Management, and Systems Engineering support required to accomplish the assigned tasks. ITC’s timely, in-depth attention to these areas will aid ASC/VF and ASC/YD in planning, evaluating, and executing cost-effective acquisition programs.
ITC provides a detailed level of expertise and continuity to support the F-15 Weapon System Integration programmatic and integration design interface issues. This includes assistance in planning and integrating all system elements, including software, hardware, trainer systems, and aircraft system and subsystem testing. |

These tasks included a full range of Acquisition Management, Configuration Management, Data Management, Training Management, Engineering Data Management, Deficiency Reports, Requirements Identification, and Logistics support required to accomplish the assigned tasks. ITC’s timely, in-depth attention to these areas assisted ASC/GRA in planning for, evaluating and executing two cost-effective modernization programs, the Avionics Modernization Program (AMP) and the Reliability Enhancement and Re-engineering Program (RERP). ITC provided acquisition management, logistics, GFP, and configuration management support, for both hardware and software. ITC maintained a tracking system of specification comments, discrepancies, corrective actions, change requirements, change implementation and overall specification status. ITC assisted in the review and evaluation of specifications for systems requirements reviews, system design reviews, software specification reviews, internal specification review boards, as well preliminary and critical design reviews. ITC maintained a log and provides status of any identification number assignments, such as, nomenclature requests and requests for computer program identification numbers. |
