ITC provides a wide range of diverse acquisition logistics, financial management, engineering, manufacturing, configuration/data management, administrative support, security management, acquisition management, test and evaluation, government furnished property (GFP) management, and litigation support required in the acquisition, development, production and sustainment of various equipment and weapons systems. Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, participation on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and related activities, analyzing problems, definition of alternative solutions, providing recommendations, writing reports, and accomplishing specifically assigned work as defined in individual task orders
Special Operation Forces (SOF) Support Services Contract II (SSSCII)

ITC provides engineering, software, logistics, and program management administration support services required by the Special Operation Forces (SOF) System Program Office (SPO). This acquisition encompasses both advisory and assistance (A&AS) and non-A&AS. The Government will obtain engineering, software, logistics, and program office support services for, but not limited to, the following weapon systems and subsystems: AC-130H, AC-130U, MC-130H, MC-130P, C-141B/C-17 SOLL, MH-53J, MH-53M, HH-60G, CH-3E, HH-3E, UH-1N, CV-22, associated technical orders, aircraft systems, subsystems, avionics and support equipment. All services are applicable to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support as defined in the individual task orders. Work is performed at Robins AFB, contractor facilities, and other locations supporting the SOF SPO and its customers.

The Professional Engineering Services (PES), schedule number 871, was established by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide federal agencies with solutions for their various engineering requirements and allow those agencies to procure the services they need. This multiple award schedule grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the federal engineering community through six Special Item Numbers (SINs) that comprise the distinct phases of an engineering project.

The IT Schedule, schedule number 70, was established by the GSA to provide government agencies with solutions to various information technology requirements, and to allow those agencies to procure the products and services they need. This multiple award schedule, grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community through twelve Special Item Numbers (SINs).


Subcontracts

Design Engineering Support Program (DESP II)
DESP II includes tasks like technology development, deployment, reliability and maintainability; software development, courseware development, information management systems; environmental and safety compliance. DESP II also includes engineering tasks such as concept exploration, systems design & analysis, prototype manufacturing, system integration, technical documentation, testing, modeling, simulation, and laboratory services.
SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
Task orders are issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the U.S. Marine Corps to provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas supported by the activities and technical capabilities that comprise the various ordering offices, and to provide professional support services to the overall Navy, DTRA, and Marine Corps organizations. Services within the functional areas identified below may be performed under this contract for new product areas, programs, or missions which are assigned to these activities during the life of the contract.
Future Flexible Acquisition & Sustainment Tool (F2AST)
Future Flexible Acquisition and Sustainment Tool (F2AST) provides sustainment support to all United States Air Force operated weapon systems, support systems, subsystems, components, and related services Primary users are Warner Robins Air Logistics Agency (WR-ALC), Ogden Air Logistics Agency (OO-ALC), Aeronautical Systems Command (ASC), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Product Centers. Requirements generated by NASA, Navy, Army, and other federal agencies may also be performed on F2AST through their sponsoring ALC. F2AST is a Single Agency, Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support (LMSS)
This contract supports the total life cycle systems management for business process services and solutions for logistics, maintenance, and supply functions and associated technologies. These services / solutions include all life cycle management activities associated with the planning, implementation, execution, and retirement of business processes and systems solutions for DoD Logistics, Maintenance and Supply Support activities and associated business initiatives, as well as those activities required for moving to an enterprise-wide, life cycle alignment of resources and outputs to achieve top-down performance driven outcomes.
