Renee Mehan – President / Chief Executive Officer
Renee Mehan is President of ITC and has been instrumental to the company since its founding. She provides strategic leadership across operations and organizational development, helping guide ITC’s growth and long-term success. With a steady and thoughtful approach, Renee has played a key role in building a strong foundation for the organization. She is known for her leadership, integrity, and commitment to developing teams and fostering a resilient, values-driven company culture.
Joel Mehan – Chief Operating Officer
Joel Mehan is a dynamic leader in federal contracting and business operations, with extensive experience managing professional services contracts in agile environments. He provides strategic counsel on government and commercial agreements, employment matters, and corporate governance. Joel is known for his strong leadership, clear communication, and ability to build high-performing teams. With a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach, he drives business development, strengthens partnerships, and delivers consistent results across complex and fast-paced organizations.
Carl Canter – ITC Vice President of Operations
Carl W. Canter is Vice President of Operations at Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC), bringing over 40 years of leadership in defense engineering, acquisition, and program management. A retired U.S.A.F. senior leader, he served in key roles at Wright-Patterson AFB including Program Director of the Aeronautical Equipment Systems Program Office and Deputy Director of the Materials Laboratory. At ITC since 1993, he oversees all corporate program operations and major federal contracts. His expertise spans weapon systems development, research and technology management, quality management, and large-scale government acquisition programs. MSE/BSE in Electrical Engineering.
Kelly Kooser – Vice President of Business Development
Kelly Kooser is the Vice President of Business Development at Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) and a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. He leads strategic growth, capture management, and customer engagement across key federal markets. With more than 35 years of experience in defense acquisition, program management, and federal business development, Kelly has successfully led major capture efforts and growth initiatives, helping organizations secure new business and expand capabilities across engineering, IT, research, and professional services.
Eric Daniels – Principal Scientist
Dr. Eric Daniels serves as Principal Scientist, leading advanced analytics, AI/ML, and decision-science initiatives that strengthen national defense readiness and inform senior leader decision-making. A former U.S. Marine with more than 25 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, he specializes in transforming complex operational data into predictive insights that help leaders anticipate risk, evaluate strategic tradeoffs, and guide resource decisions. His doctoral research, combined with an MBA and project management expertise, supports his work integrating data science, systems thinking, and long-range planning methods to help organizations navigate uncertainty and plan for emerging challenges. Outside of work, Dr. Daniels enjoys automotive projects, woodworking, outdoor adventure, and exploring emerging technologies.
Kristopher Malloy – Director of Operations
Kristopher Malloy is a federal operations and programs executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex government and defense initiatives across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies. He currently leads Innovative Technologies Corporation’s Washington, D.C. office, where he oversees operations, program delivery, and business development efforts supporting mission-critical federal customers. Kristopher holds three Master’s degrees in Applied Project Management, Military Science, and Public Administration, and earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Throughout his career he has led large multidisciplinary teams, managed major federal portfolios, and supported advanced technology and national security programs across the federal enterprise. Outside of work, Kristopher enjoys photography, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with his 10 year old son.
Goldie Coleman – Director of Human Resources
Goldie Coleman has been with Innovative Technology Corporation for four years and serves as HR Director. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Disability Studies from The Ohio State University. Goldie is passionate about supporting employees and helping them access the best possible benefits. She is a proud mother of four children, including one with autism spectrum disorder. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking Indian food and spending time with her husband in his hometown of Oahu, Hawaii whenever they can together.
Marcus Merritt – Facility Security Officer
Marcus Merritt, ITC’s FSO, is responsible for protecting personnel, information, and facilities while ensuring strict compliance with U.S. government security regulations. Oversees classified program security, clearance processing, visitor control, and safeguarding of sensitive data and equipment. Works closely with program managers, government customers, and employees to implement effective security procedures and maintain accreditation requirements. Brings deep knowledge of NISPOM requirements, risk management, and security training, fostering a culture of accountability and awareness. Dedicated to enabling mission success by balancing protective measures with efficient, responsive support for operational teams.
